SearchRally service terms.

1. The service

SearchRally provides managed SEO for one website per subscription. Each month includes a review, a prioritized plan, selected execution within scope, QA and a shipped-work/results summary. The exact work mix depends on the website, complexity, access and agreed priorities.

The subscription has a defined monthly capacity. It does not include unlimited tasks, articles, revisions, meetings or a customer software portal. SearchRally proposes priorities; you can request changes before approving the plan.

2. Billing and founding price

The founding offer is $99 USD per month with no setup fee. Billing recurs monthly until cancellation. Founding customers retain that price for their first six paid monthly cycles. Any later price change requires at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to cancel before the new charge.

Applicable taxes and processor-required billing information must be disclosed at checkout. We will not charge through an unconfigured payment integration. Third-party expenses are separately approved and billed.

3. Scope and exclusions

Supported categories are content, on-page SEO, standard technical SEO, internal linking, applicable Google Business Profile/local work and search opportunities, including relevant AEO/GEO work. WordPress and editable static/Astro sites are supported at launch; other platforms need a fit review.

Paid ads, social-media management, paid placements, major migrations, full rebuilds, custom engineering and specialist regulated-topic content without separately agreed expert review are excluded. No rankings, traffic, enquiries, AI mentions or citations are guaranteed.

4. Access, accuracy and approvals

You must have authority to approve changes and provide appropriate collaborator access. Do not share passwords or recovery codes. You remain responsible for confirming business facts, claims and required specialist reviews.

Significant changes and extra spending require approval. Silence is not approval. Missing access or approval is recorded as a dependency. An implementation-ready handoff is not described as shipped until implementation is verified.

5. Revisions and monthly capacity

One consolidated revision round to the monthly plan and one revision round per selected content deliverable are included within agreed scope and capacity. A new direction or extra work may be reprioritized or separately scoped.

Unused capacity does not accumulate as credits. Unfinished priorities may be considered in the next plan with a clear explanation; this does not create unlimited additional capacity.

6. Deliverables and confidentiality

We keep a record of selected tasks, affected pages, approvals and QA. Customer information and unpublished work are used to fulfill the service. Published examples or customer case studies require permission. Agencies retain their client relationship; end clients are not contacted without authorization.

You must have rights to supplied materials. Ownership and reuse of bespoke content and any third-party licensing must be confirmed in the service agreement before fulfillment begins; no transfer of rights in third-party tools or licensed materials is implied.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Request cancellation before the next renewal to stop that charge. There is no cancellation fee. See the refund and cancellation policy for effective dates and the initial-charge refund rule.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific legal-operator and jurisdiction requirements must be supplied before subscriptions open.
