From a useful priority to a checked change.
The monthly process starts with business context and available evidence, then an agreed plan. Approved work is implemented where permissions allow and checked after release. Blocked tasks and uncertain outcomes remain visible instead of being counted as completed.
Small moves. Steady progress.
A few clear steps.
A useful way forward.
- 01
Start with context.
Start with the website, business goals and a scope discussion. A free plan request is human-reviewed. For paid delivery, verified payment, the minimum business brief and necessary collaborator access come before the first monthly plan.
- 02
Find the focus.
Review useful pages, technical issues and available search data. Missing data and access are recorded as limitations.
- 03
Agree the next move.
Select the month’s priorities, affected pages and dependencies. Request changes before approving the plan.
- 04
Make it happen.
Implement the approved work through authorized access. Significant changes and extra spending need approval. Check the rendered content, relevant links and affected behavior; record a handoff as pending until the released change is verified.
- 05
Learn and go again.
Close the month with completed work, blockers and available performance data. Use that context to shape the next priorities.
A record behind the checkmark.
Inspect a page edit, a useful link and a task that stays blocked. This is an authored example, not a live project or measured customer outcome.

The example distinguishes checked changes from a blocked dependency. For a full narrative, follow one fictional priority through the month.
Checked means
more than done.
Approval is explicit.
Silence is not approval. If a decision or access is missing, we flag it and work on other feasible approved priorities. We aim to send the first plan within three business days after the required context and access are ready.
Implementation gets verified.
Review business accuracy, rendered content, relevant links and technical behavior. A developer handoff is labelled pending until the change is checked.
Reports keep their context.
Completed work is distinct from performance. Real metrics need sources, date windows and limitations. A later traffic change does not prove causation. See an illustrative work record and the capacity and revision boundaries.
