Information we collect

A free action-plan request collects your website and email. Contact requests collect your email, message, enquiry type and any optional name or website. After verified payment, onboarding collects business context, goals and access status. We do not ask for account passwords, recovery codes or payment-card details in these forms.

Why we use it

To review your website, deliver the requested plan, respond to enquiries, fulfill agreed work and manage subscriptions or cancellation requests. A free request does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing list.

Storage and processors

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form records are stored privately in Cloudflare D1 and accessed by the authorized service operator. Payment data is handled by the configured payment processor; the website stores only the references and status needed to verify payment and support onboarding.

Stripe is the implemented payment adapter. It is inactive until the operator configures an eligible account, price and required disclosures. Request-delivery workflows are manual initially; no automatic email provider is claimed to be configured.

Abuse prevention and security

We validate requests, use a honeypot and limit submissions. A salted hash of the requesting network address may be used for short-lived abuse controls; the raw address is not stored in the request queue. Onboarding uses a secure, time-limited session after payment verification.

Retention

Non-customer request records have a 90-day retention window unless an active service or conversation requires a separately documented basis. Temporary rate-limit records expire shortly after their window. Customer and accounting records follow the applicable service and legal requirements. Ask through the contact form about access, correction or deletion.

Analytics and cookies

No third-party analytics provider is configured at launch. The application prepares privacy-conscious event names without sending email addresses, website domains, messages or credentials. If analytics is enabled later, its provider and consent behavior must be disclosed before activation.

Essential secure cookies support payment verification and onboarding. A browser-local onboarding draft is used only within a verified customer session; it excludes credentials and is cleared after successful submission.

Your motion preference is saved in this browser. Public demo briefs and free-tool inputs are processed locally and are not submitted to our server.
