Know how to stop a renewal, when an initial-charge refund may apply and what confirmation you will receive. A request receipt and a billing decision are separate steps.
The service operator’s legal identity and billing details will be supplied before any charge is accepted.
Cancel before the next renewal
Use the cancellation request form at any time. Submit before the next renewal to stop that charge. Include the subscription email and enough information to identify your account; do not send card details.
There is no cancellation fee. We confirm the effective date when the billing system has been updated. A form receipt confirms the request was received; it does not itself confirm that renewal has been disabled. Service normally continues to the end of the paid period.
Initial-charge refunds
The initial charge is refundable within seven calendar days if substantive fulfillment has not begun. Once work has begun, there is no automatic refund; service failures are reviewed individually. Mandatory refund rights continue to apply.
Use the refund request form with the subscription email, website and reason. We aim to respond within two business days. An approved refund is processed through the original payment provider; processing time depends on that provider and your bank.
Access problems
If necessary access is unavailable after purchase, we contact you promptly and clarify readiness. Where no work has begun, the disclosed initial-refund rule applies. We do not describe blocked or unimplemented work as shipped.
Closure and records
At service end, close outstanding work states, provide the relevant completed-work record and revoke collaborator access no longer needed. Retention follows the privacy policy and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
